INTERCOM Management Scenarios (2008)

This publication was made possible with the support of an special ICOM grant to celebrate ICOM's 60th anniversary. The publication is a portfolio of a series of management scenarios that can be used as training exercise to develop management and leadership slills from museum professionals at all levels around the world.
